| Making a Selection |
| Clear checkbox means that it can be selected. |

To make a selection just click. Your selected item's checkbox will become checked.
To select more than one item, hold down the mouse as you drag the mouse over a number of items.
You can just click each one to select multiple separate items. |

| Your selections will remain with checked checkboxes. Having made a selection, only choices that are relevant will retain clear checkboxes for further selecting, everything else will have a grey checkbox. |  |
| Undo |
| Since it is so easy to experiment with your selections you may want to go back a few clicks. If so, just press this button. Each click will take you back one selection. |  |
| Redo |
| Having undone some clicks you may want to go forward again and remake the same selections, if so just press this button. Each click will take you forward one selection. |  |
| Start a New Search |
| Having made lots of selections, you may want to start a new search over again.
Clicking Clear will unselect everything (except departments selected in the top selection bar), so you can start over again. |  |
